Return and Refund Policy

  • Terms of return - Only unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of completion of the project. No Glues, Underlays or Moldings  will be accepted. 
  • State of return - Items must be in good condition, packing must not be torn and labels still attached to box. 
  • Reason for return - Customer has leftover product from installation. Client must have at least one partial box of flooring for repairs. 
  • Process for return - Contact your sales associate and they will handle the process of inspection and pick up. 
  • Process of refund - Once inspection has been approved we will mail you a cheque within 7 business days, one of our drivers will arrange a pick up date with you shortly after your inspection. 
  • Labor Warranty - Southern Comfort offers a 1 year installation warranty for any damages resulting from improper installation. Notice must be given as soon as you notice an issue. Call our office @ 587-433-6893 and we will send out an inspector to view the damages.
